11 touch points: This is the number of times a customer will interact with your brand before making a purchase. For example, social media posts, newsletters, website visits.
4 locations or platforms: This is where your customers interact with your brand. That could be your website, social media, email marketing and more.
The takeaway is that for customers to take action with your company, they must first have that time and interaction. Which is why marketing in a range of places (both offline and online) is so important.
