When they came to us for help with their websites, we found that one of them, Byretech, was stuck in the build process and had stalled due to poor communication from their current supplier. One of the most complex immediate challenges involved was the transition of platforms. We successfully managed the complete swap-over of one primary ecommerce platform from their previous supplier.

This work required meticulous planning and execution to ensure minimal downtime or disruption to sales, guaranteeing a professional and seamless migration process while maintaining data integrity across both systems. 

One of the first things we did when we got control of their websites was to ensure that both WordPress, Woocommerce and all the plugins were updated to the latest stable versions.

Improving the infrastructure and optimisation

For websites using WooCommerce, our focus is on providing proactive development. We immediately began streamlining the site’s architecture to improve speed and performance. This involved implementing essential best practices to reduce technical debt and ensure the infrastructure was scalable and robust.

On doing this, we could also help them finish off the necessary work of their new WooCommerce website, Byretech, so it could be launched.
